IATA’s BSP and BSPlink Workshop for Travel Agents workshop is designed for travel agents to learn more about local IATA Billing and Settlement Procedures (BSP) and Governance, and BSPlink functionalities. During the workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of BSP processes and features, the Passenger Agency Program, program enhancements supporting BSP operations and BSPlink functionality. The workshop duration is flexible to meet your needs, based on your preferred selection of curriculum topics, delivered at your location of choice.

  • Recommended level is Entry-level and Intermediate.
