For IATA Cargo:
- Head Office must provide two (2) valid certificates in Dangerous Goods with a validity of not less than 6 months. DGR certificates must be renewed every 2 years.
Accepted training must cover CBTA functions defined as Accepting of Dangerous Goods Consignments (former Category 6) with or without the functions defined as Processing Dangerous Goods Consignments (former Category 3).
- Each branch must provide one (1) valid certificate as indicated above.

For CASS Associates:
- Head Office must provide two (2) valid certificates in Dangerous Goods with a validity of not less than 6 months. DGR certificates must be renewed every 2 years.
Accepted training must cover CBTA functions defined as Accepting of Dangerous Goods Consignments (former Category 6) with or without the functions defined as Processing Dangerous Goods Consignments (former Category 3).
- Each branch must provide one (1) valid certificate as indicated above.

Non-Dangerous Goods Handler:
In the event that your agency does not handle dangerous goods, you must provide Accepting Dangerous Goods Presented as General Cargo (DGA) training certificates valid for no less than 6 months, in equal distribution (2 for Head Office and 1 for each branch office). Additionally it must provided a self-declaration that your company does not accept dangerous goods. DGA certificates must be renewed every 2 years.
