The IATA Operational Safety Audit program (IOSA) provides for a worldwide accepted standard, enabling and maximizing the joint use of audit reports. This has saved the industry over 6,400 redundant audits and continues to lead to extensive cost-savings for IOSA participating airlines.

IATA is the custodian of the audit reports while operators remain the owners.

IOSA audit reports can be shared with airlines, regulators, and corporations, upon request.

How to request a report

  • IOSA registered operators: Reports can be requested through IATA Connect, which also hosts the Registry and IOSA Documentation. Your airline admin will be able to make the requests. For any support needed, please contact us at iosa@iata.org
  • Non-IOSA registered entities: please complete this request form (doc) and return it to the IOSA team at iosa@iata.org.

For any questions contact us at iosa@iata.org.
