Built on the foundations of IATA’s 25by2025 initiative, which proved that collective action on people drives real change, the People Forum takes that ambition further.
From 25by2025 to the People Forum
While 25by2025 focused on gender representation and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I), the People Forum addresses the full people agenda: talent attraction and pipeline, skills and workforce transformation, AI and the future of work, culture, and inclusion. It is designed for an industry growing faster than its talent supply, navigating technological disruption, and competing for people across every region and every function.
By bringing together leaders from across the aviation value chain, the People Forum creates the space to share insights, align on priorities, and turn collective thinking into action at industry scale.

The Foundations: 25by2025 Final Report
Six years (2019-2025) of industry-wide commitment, data, and collective learning — all on record. The 25by2025 Final Industry Report documents what aviation built together on gender and D&I, and addresses the lessons learned that are carried forward into the People Forum.
